Symptoms

During deployment or undeployment of an application to/from an OC4J node,
a SQL exception and ADMN-202054 occurs.
This is failing on one of two OC4J nodes, but succeeding on the other.
The nodes appear to be identically configured.

Changes

Occurs in undeployment, and sometimes in deployment
