Repeating Message "Db_bridge_writer_1 Has Connected To The Database Successfully" (Doc ID 400106.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.


When database adapter is pointed to a new database it does not process any messages but
writes the following line to the log file

"db_bridge_writer_1 has connected to the database successfully"

multiple times.
