This article explains the history & recommended usage of the three RMI Load Balancing parameters - dedicated.connection, dedicated.rmicontext & oracle.j2ee.rmi.loadbalance- over the various releases of Oracle Containers for J2EE (OC4J).
Scope
The Oracle Containers for J2EE (OC4J) versions referred to in this Note include Standalone OC4J as well as OC4J as a part of the Oracle Application Server.
