(Doc ID 404356.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 21, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Application Server Single Sign-On - Version: 10.1.2 to 10.1.4 - Release: to 10gR3
COREid Access - Version: 7.0.4 to 10.1.4   [Release: to 10g]
Oracle Internet Directory - Version: 10.1.2 to 10.1.4   [Release: 10gR2 to 10gR3]

Oracle AS Single Sign-On is integrated with Oracle Access Manager (Formally Oblix COREid).

HTTP 500 internal error is returned when accessing a DAS URL.

For example when accessing a Forms for the first time, Forms will redirect to DAS to create a new RAD for the user (see <>).
- If the RAD had been previously created, there is no error and Forms launches, implying that SSO integration is working.
- If the resource is not protected by the WebGate, the RAD can be created.

This error could be returned for any URL protected by mod_osso in an Oracle HTTP Server (OHS) that has also a WebGate configured.
