OracleAS Cluster (Identity Management), also known as IMHA

Symptoms

OracleAS Cluster (Identity Management) (IMHA) was installed but Directory Integration and Provisioning (DIP)  was not configured during the installation.  Everything seems to be working fine but eventually, Oracle Portal will fail provisioning user changes with OID.

It is not possible to configure the component through Application Server control, because the "Configure Component" button is not present.
