Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

After creating a new BPEL domain, processes are not visible from the BPEL console.

The problem occurs for the new domain and for other domains in a mult-domain system. The visible and non-visible processes are apparantly displayed at random. If the same processes are deployed to all domains, some may be visible in one domain, but not in others and vice versa.

With DEBUG level logging set, the following error may occur in the domain.log (but not necessarily):

JBO-26030: Failed to lock the record, another user holds the lock.
oracle.jbo.AlreadyLockedException: JBO-26030: Failed to lock the record, another user holds the
lock.
