JDBC Driver 10.2 Uses Sealed JAR files and May Cause SecurityException Sealing Violation (Doc ID 405446.1)

You receive the following error when using a JDBC 10.2 driver:

java.lang.SecurityException: Sealing violation loading oracle.jdbc.xxxx
: Package oracle.jdbc is sealed.

The error did not occur with JDBC 9.2 or 10.1 drivers. Issue is caused by including a JDBC 10.2 driver in the classpath.
