Search Printer Dialog Is Inactive When Running Oracle Drive

This problem can occur on any platform.


-- Problem Statement:
When ODrive  is started (no need to connect), the ' Search printer' field becomes inactive when trying to add a network printer (active directory).

-- Steps To Reproduce:
Control Panel -> Printers and Faxes -> add a printer -> Add printer Wizard -> Next -> Local or
Network: select network printer - > next -> Specify a printer - Browse for a printer -> next -> the
'printer' field IS INACTIVE (no entry is possible).

-- Business Impact:
A network printer cannot be added to the client PC's while ODrive is started.
