Symptoms

The installation of an OWB Repository fails with INS-0029.
The generated log file reports:

(Spawn Token) Error loading Java into DB:
Error occured in 'processSPAWN': java.io.BufferedInputStream@321acf52
[processSPAWN]: A spawned program error. Exception = java.lang.Exception: Error occurred in
'processSPAWN': java.io.BufferedInputStream@321acf52
