Symptoms

The HTTP Server in an Application Server environment can not be started. The following error is logged in the $ORACLE_HOME/opmn/logs/HTTP~Server~1 file:

Failed to allocate DMS shared memory, 83988488 bytes


Steps To Reproduce. Start the HTTP_Server:

opmnctl startproc process-type=HTTP_Server
