Deploying DbAdapter.rar to a new container fails (Doc ID 409037.1)

Symptoms

You have a database adapter running fine under the OC4J_SOA container. For performance reasons, you also would like to deploy another database adapter under a new OC4J container named 'test'.
However, when trying to deploy the DbAdapter.rar file to a new container, you get the following error:

[Jan 17, 2007 10:02:11 PM] Copy the archive to
D:\product\10.1.3.1\OracleAS_5\j2ee\test\connectors\DbAdapter\DbAdapter.rar
[Jan 17, 2007 10:02:11 PM] Unpacking DbAdapter.rar
[Jan 17, 2007 10:02:11 PM] Done unpacking DbAdapter.rar
[Jan 17, 2007 10:02:11 PM] Operation failed with error: Missing 'value' attribute in tag.
