Symptoms

 

  • HTTP Home Page is up:
    http://<HOSTNAME>:<HTTP_SERVER_PORT>
  • OIDDAS page fails to come up at:
    http://<HOSTNAME>:<HTTP_SERVER_PORT>/oiddas
    with:
    file not found error - 404
