Goal

This document describes how to resolve Portal login issues encountered after changing the Single Sign-on (SSO) hostname or port number. 

Symptom
Portal is using the old URL to try and login rather than the new URL which is giving browser errors:

HTTP 404 - Document not found
or
Connection refused
