Symptoms

A web application is running on Oracle Application Server 10gR3 (10.1.3).

The OC4J instance is configured to run with two jvm (numprocs=2).

From time to time one of the JVM restarts without apparent reason and reports NullPointerException when loading shared-libraries configuration.
