If the Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 10.1.4.0.1 Policy Manager or WebPass components are installed within a Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS) and the IIS HTTP compression feature is enabled for application files and the Internet Explorer (IE) browser is used to access the OAM Access or Identity consoles, you may get "Page Cannot Be Displayed" errors in browser frames for the consoles. This problem is sporadic and appears to randomly affect frames. You may be able to successfully refresh an affected frame.
