Symptoms

You have developed an application with JDeveloper 10.1.3.1.0, 10.1.3.2.0 or 10.1.3.3.0
End-users complain about intermittent errors 'Missing IN or OUT parameter at index:'.

You can reproduce the issue at will in your Development environment by switching off the Application Module pooling for the ADF Business Components (jbo.ampool.doampooling=false), as explained in this note:
