Symptoms

Oracle Access Manager Configuration Manager was deployed without error.  However, Oracle Access Manager Configuration Manager reports the following error if it does not recognize the service name of the database when it tries to connect to the repository.

Steps To Reproduce:
1. Deploy Oracle Access Manager Configuration Manager as described in the 10.1.4.0.1 Oracle Access Manager Configuration Manager Installation and Administration Guide.
2. Log in to Oracle Access Manager Configuration Manager as a user with HMAdmin privileges.
3. From the System Configuration tab, select Test Connection.
