Symptoms

Trying to deploy an application after upgrading from Application Server (iAS) 10.1.2.0.2 to iAS 10.1.2.2.0 fails with:

ADMN-300075
Nested exception
Resolution:

Base Exception:
java.rmi.RemoteException
deploy failed!: ; nested exception is:
oracle.oc4j.admin.internal.DeployerException: Error initializing ejb-module; Exception null
java.rmi.RemoteException: deploy failed!: ; nested exception is:

The application deploys correctly to iAS 10.1.2.0.2.
