On SUN, Standalone Reports Server Fails to Start and OC4J_BI_FORMS is Restarting every 2 Minutes

Symptoms
On 10.1.2.0.2 in Production:
Scenario 1:
==========
This is a specific SUN problem for Solaris 10 with OS Patch 0606 and Oct 06 patches.
The OC4J_BI_FORMS is restarting and the client will be disconnected and getting following error message:
FORMS SESSION <1> ABORTED: UNABLE TO COMUNICATE WITH RUNTIME
Scenario 2:
==========
It is not possible to create and to start a new Standalone Report Server.
It shows the error "write output to nohup.out"
The existing IN-Process report server does not start.
