Q1: The following messages are consistently seen in the log files after the upgrade to version of Oracle Identity Manager (OIM):

JMS SessionPool Worker-<POOL_NUMBER> sent back to queue AUD_JMS_KEY = <JMS_KEY>; sent = true
2007-02-26 11:34:34,083 INFO [XELLERATE.AUDITOR] JMS SessionPool Worker-<TID> DELAYING... audJmsKey= <JMS_KEY>; lowestKey = <NUMBER>
