Getting Segmentation Fault Error When Running frmcmp_batch After Upgrade (Doc ID 421147.1)

Symptoms

The compile command frmcmp_batch.sh gives a segmentation fault after upgrade to 10.1.2.2.0

error <ORACLE_HOME>/bin/frmcmp_batch.sh: line 57: 12780 Segmentation fault
$ORACLE_HOME/bin/frmcmp_batch $*

Error only occurs when NLS_LANG is set at compile time to something other than American.

(For example NLS_LANG=SPANISH_SPAIN.WE8ISO8859P1)
