Symptoms

Application - Oracle SOA Suite 10g Release 3 (10.1.3.1.0)

Issue - If statement caching is enabled for BPEL JDBC connection pool, users may run into an issue where they observe excessive open_cursors on BPEL middleware (dehydration store) database when dehydration is turned ON.
