Forms 6.0.8.25
Symptoms
Translation builder fails to open a form returning NX-403.
The forms were copied from the Oracle Applications server machine to the client machine where form builder and translation builder are installed.
The forms version on the server is 6.0.8.25 and on the client machine 6.0.8.27.
