WNA SSO Login Fails From Specific Client Computers

This problem can occur on any platform.
Window Native Authentication (WNA) enabled SSO login is failing for specific users/computers. When accessing the WNA-enabled 10gAS site the user is redirected to the SSO login page.
The same user can login successfully without being prompted for SSO login credentials when using a different client/computer.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Access the intranet 10gAS site and click login
3. The 10gAS SSO login page is displayed instead of automatic login
