Symptoms

Portal Mid-tier mod_osso not working

https://<MID-TIER>.<DOMAIN>/startPage.do
Returns HTTP 500 Internal Server Error
Unexpected Error. Please Contact Administrator

Expected behavior would have been to get an SSO login

The Private test, <Note: 302721.1> How to verify mod_osso is working, returned the same error.

You can access and log into the SSO Admin, OIDDAS, and Portal without any issues.
