Oracle HTTP SERVER Error_Log Grows Until Hard Disk Full (Doc ID 422128.1)

Symptoms

- Oracle Http Server installed with Oracle Database 9.2.x
- Platform - Windows XP

FastCGI errors are written to the error_log file in the
%ORACLE_HOME%Apache\Apache\logs folder until hard disk is full.

Here is an excerpt from the error_log. This lists the first few lines, and the final line.
