SOAPRequestProvider, java.lang.NullPointerException after deploying BPEL project to a cluster (Doc ID 422825.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

Using BPEL PM 10.1.3.1 as a cluster :

After deploying the BPEL process to both nodes of the cluster, you see some instances are executed on one node but the other node fails with NullPointerException immediately upon process submission using the BPELConsole "Initiate" tab.
Re-deploying the process again or re-starting the cluster improves the success rate, but not to 100%.


The following error is generated in the log files:
