This problem can occur on any platform.
On 10.1.0.2 in Production:
When the BPEL installer attempts to verify information submitted on the 'Specify Dehydration
Database Information' screen,
the following error occurs.
Error:*** Alert: Unable to verify your connection to this Hostname ,Port and Service Name. Please verify that you have entered the correct Hostname, Port and Service Name.
