Installation of Sunopsis and network address issues (Doc ID 423883.1)

Goal

After re-installing Sunopsis on a new host, connection to Topology Manager is correct but Sunopsis Designer no longer launches. This also occurs if the IP of the database where the Master and Work Repositories are installed, has been modified.
