Symptoms

When attempting to load a MySQL table with data from a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, during the "Insert new lines" step of an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 11g Interface, the following message is signaled:

java.sql.SQLException: [Microsoft][ODBC Excel Driver] Too few parameters. Expected 1.
at sun.jdbc.odbc.JdbcOdbc.createSQLException(Unknown Source

The SELECT instruction for this step is as follows:
