Symptoms

An Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Integration Interface or Mapping using the LKM Oracle to Oracle (dblink) no longer functions correctly and raises the following message at runtime:

Note that the user account password of the connection to the Oracle database has been modified and now contains a non-alphanumeric character, $.
