Symptoms
Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) executes a Scenario through the OdiStartScen (SnpsStartScen) tool (or "startscen.bat/.sh" OS command) and, in order to retrieve the latest version of the Scenario, a value of "-1" is specified for the SCEN_VERSION parameter.
In the "production" environment, versions 9 and 10 of the Scenario are deployed. A value of -1 for the SCEN_VERSION parameter specifies that the execution of version 10 will be launched.
After transferring version 11 of this Scenario into the "production" environment, the version 10 of the Scenario is executed, instead of the expected version number - 11.
