Symptoms

In Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), when attempting to call the OdiSAPALEServer (SnpsSAPALEServer) tool on a AS/400 system the following message is displayed:


Note that the same call worked with no problem whatsoever on a Microsoft Windows system.
