Goal
When exchanging data with richly accentuated characters such as the following:ȨȬȿȯȫ��ȳȩȠȺ���������Ȣ
using JMS XML Topics, the following message is signalled:
0 : null : java.sql.SQLException: class org.xml.sax.SAXParseException
Character conversion error: "Malformed UTF-8 char -- is an XML encoding declaration missing?" (line number may be too low).
