Goal

In an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Integration Interface or Mapping having a Microsoft Excel Source Datastore which contains numeric values (defined as NUMBER in the Datastore's Column description), when transformations are executed on the Staging Area, the numeric columns of the C$ Load Table are defined without Scale.

As a result the numeric values are rounded down to the nearest whole number e.g. 15.12 is transformed into 15.00 on the Target System.

When the same transformations are executed on "Source", the Target information is correctly set.
