Symptoms

Oracle Drive fails to connect to Content Services 10.1.2.x / ContentDB 10.2 when using the SunOne users and SunOne Directory Server.

Changes

This problem occurs when using SunOne Directory server users to connect to Oracle Collaboration Suite or ContentDB OiD Server from Oracle Drive; this means that the SunOne user passwords are not stored in OiD.
