Cannot Find Java Executable When Running IRCA.bat Against XE Database (Doc ID 428952.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to install the SOA schemas in an Oracle XE data base using irca.bat, the following
error occurs:

Steps To Reproduce:
  1. install an Oracle XE data base
  2. unpack the SOA suite 10.1.3.1 release
  3. execute the irca.bat described in the documentation : Oracle BPEL Process Manager Installation Guide
