Goal

This article aims to explain the steps required to configure an Oracle Service Registry ( OSR ) 10.1.3.1 Oracle Application Server instance, in an ( OAS ) 10.1.2.x / 10.1.3.x environment, to work with an Oracle Real Application Cluster ( RAC ) database 10.2.x that uses more than one Virtual IP Address (VIP) defined for the RAC .

Note:
RAC support for Oracle Service Registry was introduced in OSR 10.1.3.1.
