NB. This note applies ONLY to legacy Sunopsis 3, 4 and ODI 10g versions. In ODI 11g, the method used for encoding password has been reformulated. For details please consult the ODI 11g documentation.

Is it correct that when attempting to encode the same password with the following ODI Agent command :

where <password> is the password to encode.

successive values of the resulting encoded password have different values ?
