After Applying OCS Patch 10.1.2.4 the Application S2S Servlet Is Not Visible in OCS EM

Symptoms
The Oracle Collaboration Suite Cumulative Patchset 10.1.2.4 was applied; after upgrading, an error is reported in Content Services about missing the "ServiceToServiceAuthenticationServlet" servlet.
Using the OEM (iasconsole), navigate to the Mid-Tier apps farm as follows:
J2EE Applications tab (top)..."content" link..."content" link under the Web Modules section.
The list of "Servlets/JSPs" does not have the servlet called: "ServiceToServiceAuthenticationServlet".
Changes
This has been reported after the application of Content Services Patch 10.1.2.3 (patch 5049515) and Content Services Patch 10.1.2.3.2 (patch 5735045).
