How to Reset the Image Prefix After Installation of APEX (Doc ID 430837.1)

Goal

After the installation of APEX 3.0 and above, you are not able to view any images/icons and cannot login to the instance.

The error_log in $ORACLE_HOME/Apache/Apache/logs shows the following errors, indicating that the files cannot be found:

The above errors indicate that the Image Prefix that was set at installation time was set incorrectly as "/pls/apex/5" instead of "/i/" since the URLs show up as "/pls/apex/5htmldb" or "/pls/apex/5css".
