Symptoms

Applying Application Server (AS) Patchset 10.1.2.2.0 / <Patch 4960210> fails (during Section 7.1.5) with:

"Error retrieving the OID Administrator DN. Please ensure that your OID connect information is correct."

Tried resetting orcladmin password with command:
   oidpasswd conn=<servicename> reset_su_password=true

But AS patchset error persists.
