USER_NAME=UNKNOWN Being Logged in WWSSO_AUDIT_LOG_TABLE_T (Doc ID 434199.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading Identity Management (IM) to version 10.1.4 when any user successfully authenticates to any SSO partner application the “USER_NAME” and “MESSAGE’ are updated with “UNKNOWN and Cross site scripting violation detected” respectively in the “WWSSO_AUDIT_LOG_TABLE_T”.

This issue is not seen when using a fresh install of IM 10.1.4

It has been reported that the following error may also be see:

java.lang.NoSuchMethodException: No applicable method found
at oracle.aurora.util.JRIExtensions.getMaximallySpecificMethod(JRIExtensions.java)
at oracle.aurora.util.JRIExtensions.getMaximallySpecificMethod(JRIExtensions.java)
