OIDDAS Application Logout Fails With a HTTP-403 Forbidden Error (Doc ID 434422.1)

Symptoms

-When logging out of the OIDDAS application, the following error is returned:

Forbidden
You don't have permissions to access /pls/orasso/orasso.wwsso_app_admin_ls-logout on this server

Oracle-Application-Server-10g/10.1.2.0.2 Oracle-HTTP-Server Server at <SSO_HTTP_SERVERNAME> Port <HTTP_PORT>

-Unable to access the SSO Admin Application ( /pls/orasso )

Changes

1. Changed the Metadata Respository Database (MDR DB) ORASSO schema user password.

2. Changed the OID password for cn=OracleContext,cn=Products,cn=SSO,orclApplicationCommonName=ORASSO_SSOSERVER

to match the MDR DB ORASSO schema account.
