ossoca.jar reassoc –repos Fails, ERROR: Exception While Updating OID Information Stored in SSO Database (Doc ID 434470.1)

Symptoms

Run the following command:

ORACLE_HOME/jdk/bin/java -jar $ORACLE_HOME/sso/lib/ossoca.jar reassoc -repos

Returns following error:

Changes

Changed the Infrastructure Medatada Repository database listener port from 1521 to 1523 per Oracle® Application Server Administrator's Guide, 10g Release 2 (10.1.2)
Part No. B13995-01, chapter 4.4.1 Changing the OracleAS Metadata Repository Net Listener Port.
