Goal

This article provides an example of the usage of Java Plug-ins for User Provisioning introduced with OID version 10.1.4.0.1, and applicable through 11g.

The article contains step by step instructions for installing a version 3.0 provisioning profile using the Event Delivery Provisioning Plug-in to update a database table with event information.

The Data Entry and Data Access Plug-ins are not covered in this note.
For a detailed explanation of the Oracle Directory Integration Platform concepts and the different provisioning versions please read the Identity Management Integration and Identity Management Application Developer's Guide version 10.1.4.0.1.
