Intermittent FRM-92101,FRM-93000 At Runtime Causing Forms Session To Crash (Doc ID 434895.1)

Symptoms

Intermittent forms sessions crashing with FRM-92101 .The problem is associated with all forms and seems to be random for all users.

The following errors appear in the log files at the time where the problem occurs:
