Adding a Previously Deleted User in OID Fails With LDAP error code 68 - Object already exists / ldap_delete: No such object

Information in this document applies to any platform.
- Trying to add a user (which was deleted in the past), using Oracle Directory Manager, OIDDAS or the ldapadd command, fail with:
Add Failed. LDAP error code 68 - Object already exists.
- The new user entry is not visible in either ODM or OIDDAS.
- An ldapsearch shows that the user exists.
- Trying to delete the user with the command ldapdelete fails with:
ldap_delete: No such object
