Invalid Schema Files (.XSD) Used By the WSDL Files to Invoke and Consume IdentityXML Web Services (Doc ID 435955.1)

Last updated on MARCH 08, 2017

Applies to:

COREid Identity - Version: 10.1.4
This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

Oracle Access Manager (OAM) ships WSDL files to be used to invoke and consume Web Services as an alternative method for generating Identity System's IdentityXML requests.

When attempting to create a Webservice stub using the provided WSDL files schema errors occur.

For example the following error occurred when attempting to generate a stub for web service um_ModifyUser using ant clientgen:

$ ant build_client

Buildfile: build.xml

build_client:
[clientgen] Ignoring JAX-WS options - building a JAX-RPC client
[clientgen]
[clientgen] *********** jax-rpc clientgen attribute settings ***************
[clientgen]
[clientgen] wsdlURI: file:/oracle/software/WLS/user_projects/domains/base_domain/project1/wsdl_files/um_modifyUser.wsdl
[clientgen] serviceName : OblixIDXML_um_modifyUser_Service
[clientgen] packageName : test.wsdlc
[clientgen] destDir : /tmp/_vhn32z
[clientgen] handlerChainFile : null
[clientgen] generatePolicyMethods : false
[clientgen] autoDetectWrapped : true
[clientgen] jaxRPCWrappedArrayStyle : true
[clientgen] generateAsyncMethods : true
[clientgen]
[clientgen] *********** jax-rpc clientgen attribute settings end ***************
[AntUtil.deleteDir] Deleting directory /tmp/_vhn32z
