B2b Unable To Queue The Message In The Inbound Delivery Channel, Ip_in_queue. (Doc ID 436929.1)

This problem can occur on any platform.

Symptoms

B2B will pick up an incoming document (EDI 850), but is unable to post the message in the IP_IN_QUEUE for the back-end BPEL process to process it further. It works with a single agreement,
but not with more than one agreement.
